Market Manager - Mobility

What are we looking for?

The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for On-Demand content for the CarTrawler Mobility product. This covers any real time content made available to our partners` customers through our Mobility App. Examples of this content would include Free Now in Europe or Lyft in the United States.

The successful candidate will be accountable for developing the On-Demand Mobility strategy, identifying revenue streams and models, setting commercials and taking ownership for any regulatory items. You will also be responsible for building out the supply base; identifying and negotiating with suppliers while also managing these relationships.

What you will be doing?

-Developing and delivering the On-Demand Mobility strategy; owning the On-Demand content
-Conducting market analysis to identify existing and anticipated supply opportunities and development of a supply strategy for relevant territories
-Successful management of commercial negotiations including contracts, rates, incentives and terms and conditions
-Building and maintaining effective, professional and long-term relationships with On-Demand suppliers
-Ensuring that CarTrawler has the best available content for given locations for On-Demand; including competitiveness and quality of supply
-Overall responsibility for Quality Assurance activities; focusing on maintaining and improving performance.
-Delivery of agreed objectives and key results to measure performance
-Representation of CarTrawler at external meetings and travelling to visit suppliers
-Management of day to day operational supply relationships & escalating any urgent items to Director of Mobility
-Ongoing reviews our competitors in terms of content, strategy and product development
-Driving projects within the Mobility supply team and in the broader CarTrawler business to develop and embed best practice
-Supporting the Mobility supply team with the broader Mobility supply strategy; reviewing market analysis and the execution of the broader Mobility supply strategy

Skills required:

-2-4 years` experience in a similar supply management, account management role or business development role
-Experience in the travel/mobility sector is desirable but not essential
-Proven track record of developing and delivering short and long term strategy
-Proven negotiation skills
-An ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation ensuring that objectives, performance and requirements are understood by all parties
-A proven track record in developing relationships and identifying win-win propositions
-Strong analytical skills
-Solution focused with strong problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
-High levels of self-direction
-A decisive and effective decision maker
-A team player with the ability to collaborate with various teams across the organisation
-Strong project management skills
