What you will be doing?
Along with dedicated Talent Management team provide an end to end support for all our business teams. This support includes;
Ensuring team structure meets the needs of the business
Identifying and recruiting the right people into the right roles
Providing advice and guidance on all `People` related areas
Partnering with People Managers on Performance Management to ensure consistency across the business
Partnering with Talent Management in future planning and identifying talent/ development gaps in teams
A strong team member within the People Team
Main accountabilities and key tasks:
-Partnering with the leadership team of your business unit by working closely with them as they develop their strategic plans; positively challenging their plans from a people perspective - considering resourcing, engagement, attrition, talent mapping, alignment etc.
-Developing and delivering HR solutions to drive performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent retention and communication.
-Coaching and consulting with your business teams regularly on issues relating to morale, performance, compensation, retention, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.

-Conducting and managing investigation of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assess the severity, involve appropriate individuals and facilitate appropriate action based on policy and practice.
-In conjunction with business managers ensure that the appropriate resources and capabilities are in place to meet the growth aspirations of the organization.
-Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers with recruitment for the team(s) you are partnering with.
-Using business insights to drive change in people management practices
Knowledge and Experience:
-5 years strong HR Generalist experience is essential, experience as a HR business partner preferred
-Third level degree in HR or related discipline essential / CIPD Qualification
-Experience of working in a fast paced rapidly changing and challenging environment demonstrating enthusiasm with a positive outlook
-Excellent communication and influencing skills to build and sustain relationships with business functions
-Experience of working in a business partnering HR role including the delivery of projects
-Partnering and consultative, employee focused and results orientated
-Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
-Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
