What are we looking for?

The P&T Project Manager will create and maintain project plans for all projects undertaken by the P&T teams. They will use these plans and project management best practice to coordinate work across P&T teams and the wider business to ensure delivery of the project in scope, on time and within budget.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Portfolio and Project Manager to ensure that all projects are on track and reconcile back to the portfolio plan. Supporting transparency on project delivery with robust tracking and reporting.

The role is key to supporting project delivery through PM best practice, collaboration and transparency.

What you will be doing?

-Develop full scale project plans to monitor, track and report on project progress.
-Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
-Support the new intake process from submission through to planning and delivery.
-Manage multiple projects end-to-end using a project management framework.
-Drive transparency through tracking and reporting on project scope, milestones and deliverables to all stakeholders ensuring timelines are met.
-Revise project plans to meet changing needs, scope and requirements.
-Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
-Drive cross-team partnerships supporting collaboration.
-Identify inefficiencies in the intake and project management processes and make and implement recommendations for changes.
-Maintain the internal project management tool.

Skills required:

-3+ years project management experience is essential. Strong project management skills required with project management qualification preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels within an organisation, build trust and strong relationships with key stakeholders and their teams.
-Proven organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
-Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
-Open, collaborative and proven team player
