What you will be doing?
-Develop and implement structures within the Customer function to ensure accuracy and quality of data through all reporting channels.
-Accountable for ensuring Customer management team of all levels have appropriate reporting tools available to operate a successful Customer function
-Provide thought leadership and participate with projects that involve any data flows and processes.
-Put controls in place over applications to ensure the data integrity
-Coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners, IT and Data Science.
-Interpret data, analyse results, design & deliver scalable dashboards and reporting tools
-Provide the Customer management team with data to facilitate insights & planning. From time to time support of such processes may be required
-Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintain databases / data systems
-In all analysis efforts seek to reduce the need for customer contact
-Minimum 3-5 years` experience in a data analyst role or similar
-Technical expertise in data models and reporting packages
-Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (Tableau, SQL etc)
-An analytical mind and inclination for problem solving
-Understanding of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets desirable (Excel, SAS etc)
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
-Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
-Excellent communication and documentation skills
