What you will be doing?
-General administrative support across a wide range of HR processes such as new hires, performance management, maternity and other types of leave, visa, leavers, contractors, recruitment, etc.
-Coordinate new hire onboarding including contract signing through and supporting with induction
-Ensure that all employee records are updated in a timely manner maintaining integrity of data
-Prepare and record all employee documentation, e.g. letters, contracts, etc.
-Manage requests and queries from employees and the wider People Team in a timely manner
-Support other People team members with organising events or activities
-Provide support to the Office Manager on reception on a daily basis
-Support on reporting and other tasks as required
-Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
-Third level qualification in HR or related discipline, CIPD qualified
-At least one year HR experience
-Strong IT literacy, intermediate level MS Office; knowledge of HRIS an advantage
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment
-Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
-Detail oriented, methodical, and takes a structured approach to tasks
-Strong communication skills with fluent English
-Proactive and can-do approach with an ability to drive improvements
-Excellent team player with flexibility to respond to team and business needs
