HR Operations Coordinator (Maternity Leave Contract)

What are we looking for?

As HR Operations Coordinator you will be part of a hard-working, supportive team of professionals where your contribution matters. The main responsibility of this role is to provide administration support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be the point of contact for employees on a wide range of queries and provide operational support to the wider People Team.

What you will be doing?

-General administrative support across a wide range of HR processes such as new hires, performance management, maternity and other types of leave, visa, leavers, contractors, recruitment, etc.
-Coordinate new hire onboarding including contract signing through and supporting with induction
-Ensure that all employee records are updated in a timely manner maintaining integrity of data
-Prepare and record all employee documentation, e.g. letters, contracts, etc.
-Manage requests and queries from employees and the wider People Team in a timely manner
-Support other People team members with organising events or activities
-Provide support to the Office Manager on reception on a daily basis
-Support on reporting and other tasks as required
-Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

Skills required:

-Third level qualification in HR or related discipline, CIPD qualified
-At least one year HR experience
-Strong IT literacy, intermediate level MS Office; knowledge of HRIS an advantage
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment
-Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
-Detail oriented, methodical, and takes a structured approach to tasks
-Strong communication skills with fluent English
-Proactive and can-do approach with an ability to drive improvements
-Excellent team player with flexibility to respond to team and business needs
