Senior Account Manager - Mobility

What are we looking for?

The Mobility Senior Account Manager`s key target is to expand our supplier network by searching, analysing and contracting new suppliers in selected region. In addition, responsible for cost development in their region and commercial negotiations with current suppliers.

What you will be doing?

Reporting to: Mobility Supply Team Manager

Main accountabilities and key tasks:

- Lead the development and execution of market specific supply proposals through an agreed annual plan
- Negotiate and close agreements with new suppliers on own region to increase coverage to new cities and to ensure good capacity in current cities
- Conduct market research and maintain market knowledge of potential suppliers
- Conduct competitor analysis to maintain our competitive position in the market on price and product.
- Maintain supplier relationships at all levels and develop an annual schedule that may include country visits and tradeshows
- Manage new city action plan in own region based on customer and quality management needs
- Support Account Executives in implementation of new suppliers
- Support Account Executives in operational negotiations with current suppliers
- Participate as team member in supply process and tool development to assist with automation of rates loading.

Skills required:

Knowledge and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years` experience in sourcing, supply/quality management or similar experience within an account management role
- Strong negotiator with ability to create long-term partnerships
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player with ability to work independently based on set targets.
- Strong commercial awareness - Actively listens for market opportunities on current client engagements and makes suggestions to managers; Collects additional data, as assigned, on potential leads.
- Understanding Market & Competitor Trends.
- Strong business development skills for communicating the business model to suppliers.
