Partner Relationship Manager - Mobility

What are we looking for?

You`ll be expected to be a force to simultaneously drive change and add the best possible value to each Partner and the CarTrawler Mobility team. As Partner Manager, you will be the champion of our Partners, acting as the internal voice of Partners within Mobility.

What you will be doing?

Reporting to: Commercial Manager - Mobility

Main accountabilities and key tasks:

- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with partners
- Ownership of partner contracts and renewals
- In conjunction with Director of Mobility and Insights Specialist reviewing partner commercials and opportunities for improvement
- In conjunction with Commercial Manager identifying opportunities for new Mobility placements on a partner by partner basis
- Investigating, questioning and ensuring the correct Mobility supply is available for each partner`s key destinations
- Understanding and analysing partner performance metrics
- Ensuring targets are achieved
- Travelling to partners to present quarterly and annual reviews
- Feedback to Mobility team on partner comments and market trends

Skills required:

Knowledge and Experience:

- At least 1 - 2 years` experience in similar/relevant role
- Sales - While this is an account management role it requires a high level of upselling additional integration items to partners.
- Customer focus - to exceed customer expectations enabling you to meet and present to our Partners on request.
- Target-driven - The Mobility team has significant & challenging financial targets. You will manage a key part of this revenue stream.
- Goal setting / short-term planning / adaption / multi-tasking
- Problem solving - we`ll need you to take initiative and to identify issues as well as determining the best resolution.
- Relationship building - This is crucial to the management of any Partner.
