CarTrawler works in partnership with many of the world’s biggest travel brands, providing mobility services for over a quarter of the top 100 airlines globally, including easyJet, Alaska Airlines, Jetstar, SWISS, KLM and Emirates and OTA’s such as eDreams, Hotels.com and Hopper.  As a B2B company we focus solely on helping our airline and travel partners build brands, not our own.

Role Purpose:
Create and deliver a strategy that improves how well our partners understand the differentiated value delivered by CarTrawler to them. Create and execute a plan to (a) improve how CarTrawler understands partner’s needs, (b) measure partners perception on how well we meet their needs, and (c) deliver a programme of work to bring stronger marketing to our partners to improve that perception. 
As this is a new role, the successful application will have the opportunity to define the strategy, drive alignment across our business and leadership team and be empowered to deliver against that strategy.  
Reporting to:       Director of Partnerships
Main accountabilities and key tasks:
·     Lead your team to design and deliver the end-to-end partners proposition strategy, including an overarching partner marketing plan and supporting materials. Communicate cross-functionally and advocate for its implementation at all levels. Ensure timely and meaningful tracking of the success of the strategy that has been implemented.
·     Partner Listening: Take ownership for defining the approach and strategy for our “Partner feedback” programme - through surveys, qualitative feedback and NPS surveys.
·     Expectation Gap Assessment:  Support Partner Proposition Manager in identifying partner expectation gaps – support as necessary, including escalation to ELT peers and senior stakeholders as necessary.
·     Given the importance of these initiatives, requirement to keep key stakeholders up to date
o   Leadership Team > Summarising partner feedback, targeted actions, and impact of those actions. 
o   Extended Leadership Team > what’s working well, what’s not working well from partner’s perspective. 
o   At functional level / Company Townhalls > Keep partner’s perspective and feedback in front of all our team’s minds. 
·     Lead your team to identify opportunities to implement technology in Partnerships to streamline processes – with a particular focus on how we manage our longtail partners.
·     Lead your team to design, collate and share segmented partner newsletters to cover product developments, market/trading insights, CarTrawler updates.
·     Work with the Partnerships Leadership Team and the Partner Renewals Manager in your team to develop and execute the strategy for partner renewals. Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment around the renewal process and understanding of required input to maximise the opportunity for a successful renewal.

Critical Interfaces:
·     Extended Leadership team: Work collaboratively with your peers in the Extended Leadership Team to deliver on the CarTrawler company strategy.
·     Trading: Provide commercial and strategic input to the Trading squads leads equipping them with information, context and partner updates that could maximise business performance.
·     Go-Live Team and Sales to maximise smooth onboarding and mitigate any potential risks/issues during handover of Partner accounts from Sales into Partner Relationship Management.
·     Supply and Insurance ensure partner proposition aligns with Supply & Insurance Proposition and Strategy.
·     Product and Technology:
o   Develop a strong understanding of CarTrawler products and Technology offerings. 
o   Collaborate to create a centralized & prioritized list of P&T requirements to delivery our partner proposition.
·     Product Marketing: Collaborate extensively with the Product Marketing team to create material and assets to support our partner proposition marketing plan and to align with CarTrawler A-Z Proposition.
Knowledge and Experience:
·     At least 5 years experience in a similar/relevant role
·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
·     Ability to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
·     Proven ability to create, develop, run and deliver results from high performing teams
·     Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
·     Experience designing and leading complex strategic programs with both internal and external stakeholders
·     Ability to understand financial and commercial indicators – possess great attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads according to business focus and opportunity
