Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B)

Support the Business Development & Marketing team in building brand awareness and growing revenue from our target audience. Inform and manage the day-to-day operations of CarTrawler’s content marketing and social media strategy. Work alongside content producers to manage and analyze the distribution of all content, ensuring that all performance KPIs are met and each piece of content is reaching the target audience. Inform and manage from end to end the lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns, using Pardot and Salesforce. Provide insights on online distribution through the use of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SimilarWeb.
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Main accountabilities and key tasks:
•Work closely with the business development team to create prospect nurturing campaigns.
•Report regularly to the business development team on prospect interactions & campaign successes.
•Support the marketing manager in developing an editorial calendar across social, PR, blog and other appropriate channels.
•Work with creative teams to deliver impactful online advertising. Ensure appropriate tracking is in place, measure impact and report on ROI.
•Acquire insight to online marketing trends, making recommendations for improvements
•Manage all marketing tools e.g.: Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adroll.
•Effectively manage all digital marketing channels and plan the distribution of external content via email, social media as and retargeting market audiences where required.
•Maintain CarTrawler.com keeping content, tracking & security features up to date through working with digital agencies.
•Develop & manage digital marketing campaigns, in alignment with the CarTrawler brand.
•Build out tracking capabilities of all online distribution to ensure ROI reporting is possible
•Analyse the success & ROI of the campaigns against set KPIs and measures (using web analytics where appropriate).
•Population of concise reports for managers on campaign performance.
•Marketing Manager to develop the online distribution strategy
•Business development team to develop successful prospect nurturing campaigns.
•Sales Operations team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing tools.
•Marketing Team to support any online distribution needs across key team projects.
Knowledge and Experience:
•Qualification in marketing or related necessary
•2 years’ experience working in a B2B environment, eCommerce or travel industry preferred
•Good knowledge of content marketing
•Familiar with Pardot / Salesforce or similar marketing automation tools.
•A strong understanding of all social media platforms and experience in creating content across numerous platforms in multi-media formats.
•Strong content and copywriting skills.
•Ability to analyze data, insights and deliver ongoing reports to the wider team.
•Ability to research and test social media and online advertising trends and apply them to various platforms.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, target-focused individual.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Previous work experience in an eCommerce and/or travel beneficial but not essential.
•Good understanding of marketing best practices and customer engagement
